1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a GPT Ground account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child profile created.
2. Description of Service
GPT Ground provides an AI-powered learning assistant for children aged 6+ with parental oversight. Ground AI is not therapy, medical, or legal advice and is not a companion system.
3. Parent Responsibilities
Parents agree to provide accurate information, supervise use, review safety alerts, and maintain account security.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not bypass safety filters, use the service unlawfully, reverse engineer the AI, or upload harmful content.
5. AI Limitations
Ground AI may produce incorrect or incomplete information and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
6. Payments & Refunds
6.1 Web Purchases
By completing a web purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. Prepaid credits are non-refundable once used. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of technical failure, billing errors, unused credits, or exceptional safety concerns.
6.2 App Store Purchases
Purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by those platforms' refund policies.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime to prevent future billing but are not refunded for the current billing period.
8. Data & Privacy
Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by GPT Ground ApS. Users grant us a license to process submitted content for service operation.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. Parents may delete accounts at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months, except where prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Denmark, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
13. Changes
Material updates will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
